WE HARVEST
Certainly the most difficult part.
All our wood is selectively harvested. This means, each and every tree is selected signally by a human and the others around it are left behind for another day.
 

Years of experience is required to maintain the environmental harmony, getting the balance right, thinning, removal of dead trees and most importantly making sure tall straight healthy trees remain for future generations.
 

Our favourite part is making sure the mature trees (the old men) of the forest remain to spread their seeds and continue to support and nurture the local fauna.
